TOOLS FOR LASTING LOVE

The best way to treat your products is with care. Remove your jewelry before getting active, showering or sleeping as you will otherwise risk getting the nylon thread and beads dirty (or potentially break).

With all things we love tear and wear is a natural part of life, - but care makes the difference. We reflected on this a bit for you here.

TOOLS FOR GENTLE CLEANING

Always use a jewelry cloth.

Gold stainless steel jewelry should stay away from water. because you risk discolor and fading.

You should always while holding the clasp to open/close your jewelly. This will also prevent the necklace from stretching and creating gaps between the beads.

Don't open the clasp by only pulling the string then it may cause the string to brake.

All our products are handcrafted in high-quality materials and are made to last.

REPAIRS

We believe in repairing whenever possible, so that we can make the best out of your Chambre Celeste item(s). If you experience product damage, you are mega welcome to reach out to loveletters@hambreceleste.com with a description of the issue and your order number.

We offer repair or replacement free of charge within 2 years from the date of purchase in case of manufacturing defects.

Damage caused by wear, tear, misuse, or lack of proper care is considered regular wear and is handled as a paid repair service, where the cost will vary from item to item and be calculated upon request.

Beyond this period, we offer a lifetime repair service for all Chamble Celeste items, also subject to individual assessment and pricing upon request.

 

Products and colors
At Chambre Celeste we sell handmade items that are a product of glass beads. Therefore  thereforll of our items can vary, both in sizes and in color. Our goal is to present our products on our photos on the webshop as correctly as possible. However please note that due to the nature of our products as well as color settings on your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the website can vary somewhat from their actual colors. Chambre Celeste cannot be held responsible for this.
